Do you offer floral design for events or brand campaigns? Yes — this is at the heart of what we do. We specialize in artistic floral installations for events, brand activations, and editorial concepts. Every design is created to elevate the space and express your brand or story with intention and visual impact.
How far in advance should I book an event? The sooner the better! For large-scale installations or creative projects, we recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks in advance.
What types of flowers do you use? We work with seasonal, fresh blooms selected for their beauty, movement, and texture. That means your arrangement may not look exactly like the reference photo, but it will always carry the signature Della Natura style — natural, expressive, and made with love.
Where do you deliver? We offer delivery across Miami-Dade County, Monday through Sunday.
What times do you deliver? Deliveries are made between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. While we can’t guarantee an exact time, you’ll be notified when your order is on the way.
Do you offer pickup? Yes! Studio pickup is available. Just select that option at checkout and we’ll coordinate the time with you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because our pieces are made to order with fresh blooms, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 24 hours — we’re here to help.
How to make your flowers last longer:
Give them a fresh cut: Trim stems every 2–3 days at an angle using clean scissors or garden shears.
Keep the water clean: Replace water every two days and use a clean vase.
Avoid direct heat or sunlight: Choose a cool spot with indirect light.
Remove wilted stems: This keeps the rest of your arrangement fresh.
For foam/structured designs: Gently add water through an opening to keep it hydrated.
Your flowers are at their freshest in the first 72 hours, but with care, they'll continue bringing beauty into your space.
